The MR-24® roof system is the industry’s first and finest standing-seam metal roof system — with 50+ years of proven in-place weathertight performance.
Butler building sets the industry standard for roof performance for more than 40 years. From enhanced energy efficiency to architectural systems with higher slopes, Butler roofs is an excellent option for your industrial building needs. These are weathertight, low-maintenance, and worry-free.
The Butler® reroof systems are affordable options for replacing a leaky roof with a long-term weathertight solution.
The high profile metal over metal system by Butler Manufacturing™, allows for the easy installation of the MR-24® standing seam roof system over an existing standing seam or through-fastened rib type roof with a minimum roof slope of 1/4":12".
The MR-24 roof panels used on the system are permanently seamed together with a full 360° Pittsburg double lock seam to assure weather-tightness and long-term performance with minimal maintenance expense.
The MR-24 roof clips, installed to factory punched holes, securely attach the roof panels to the new supporting structural members with stainless steel tabs roll-formed into the panel seam. Stainless steel tabs are 35% stronger than comparable carbon steel standing seam tabs. The clip design will accommodate expansion and contraction movement in roofs up to 500 feet wide.
The High Profile Metal Over Metal System includes a complete line of accessories designed specifically to work with the MR-24 roof system.
The Mr-24 roof system has a UL class 90 wind uplift rating and has been tested in accordance with ASTM E 1592, and is listed in the Factory Mutual Approval Guide with various wind uplift ratings.
