Butler: Case Study
Black Tie Limousine
This is a unique example of green construction. The building was originally built in 1960 and was completely refurbished including: Butler Standing Seam Roof and R38 Insulation System. Also, numerous columns were removed and the frame redesigned to allow the limousines to manoeuvre.
Other unique features include the main entrance and dormer, marble floors with emblems, and an internal car wash system.
