Kalzip: Case Study

About this project:

The North Bethesda Market is a large building that consists of 24 stories, different elements of retail, a 1,220 car parking garage, and a whole foods market. Kalzip worked on the facade for the garage of this project.

Challenge:

The goal of this entire project was to create a modern and elegant building in North Bethesda, that would bring youth to this area. The large parking garage was an integral part of the building as well, as it would house the cars of the many residents. Along with everything in the building, the garage needed to have an aesthetic appeal to it, as well as functioning.

Solution:

The solution was to use Kalzip! Kalzip provided panels that were both beautiful to look at and functioned as the face of this garage. These panels are easy to install and can be used on many different aspects of a building, including a garage. Not only are they efficient, but they bring a simple yet tasteful look that fits in with the building and surrounding area.
