Facade for CityScape at Belmar
The EVOLV HPL product was employed for this project, specifically the EV-H10 system (an exposed fastener system).
CityScape at Belmar is a new contemporary housing complex that is located within the Belmar district (a western suburb of the Denver metro area).
Trespa’s color palette appealed to the designer, and they chose two complementary red finishes. The finishes were interwoven across large swaths of several elevations.
The result was a striking and bold look for this affordable senior apartment community.
